Our shows are approximately 2 hours long which includes a short interval break in between.
We highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the indicated show start time.
This is also approximately the time when our doors open for guests to be seated. Our shows start on time barring any unavoidable circumstances.
Parking spots are available typically in the immediate vicinity but will vary slightly in position for each venue.

No animals are involved in any of our shows or productions. Only pure awesome human talent!
Outside food/drinks are not allowed.
However, we do have a Snacks Bar inside selling light refreshments (drinks, popcorn, fries, hotdog, etc) where you can pay CASH or CARD.
Yes, you can take photos or record videos for personal non-commercial use to capture the experience with your loved ones. However, don’t forget to put your devices down and truly enjoy the show through your own eyes!
Flash, tripods and other such equipment are not permitted in order to not cause distraction to our artists performing and to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests.
We welcome you to share your photos and videos in a non-commercial capacity such as on your social media accounts (don’t forget to tag us!) but we do also ask to please leave plenty to the imagination for those who haven’t watched a show yet.
Toilet facilities are available. A baby changing table is available for your convenience. We have an accessible toilet for wheelchair users.

After a successful ticket purchase on our website, you will receive your tickets via email. Do remember to check your SPAM folder as the email may sometimes end up there.
If you still can't locate your tickets, please contact us at info@bigkidcircus.co.uk for support.
You do not need to print your tickets unless you wish to. The digital copy you received via email will be sufficient. Simply show the document on your phone when checking in to the show.
Yes, you can buy tickets at our Ticket Office located at the respective venues during the dates we have performances.
However, we highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment as the number of tickets available are limited.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable. If you are not able to make it, we recommend passing on your tickets to other family/friends to enjoy.

(T&C Important Highlights):
- Any change requests must be made 48 hours before the start of the event you initially booked and is subject to availability
- A surcharge of 20% will be applied and new tickets will be charged at full price (no existing promotions/discounts will be carried forward)
- We are unable to make seating downgrades.
-If you booked with a 3rd party seller, unfortunately, those tickets cannot be amended.
There are no numbered seating; only different seat type (sections). We have a free seating arrangement according to the seat type purchased where guests are seated on a first come first served basis hence we highly recommend arriving early for a better selection of available seats.
Sitting together as a group is possible but subject to seat availability.
Yes! In fact, children who are 2 years and below (by birth year) are eligible for Free Entry but without ticket/seating. They will need to be seated on an accompanying adult’s lap as prams/trolleys are not permitted in the seating areas and must be parked at the entrance.
Do take note that sound levels can be loud for babies and very young children during the show.
Disabled persons are eligible for One Free Carer Entry when purchased together only. This can be booked in person at the specific venue Ticket Office only. Please make sure that the carer will be able to provide proof.
