PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR SHOW CONTAINS RAPID FLASHING LIGHTS, LASER AND LOUD NOISES.

ANY DATE, TIME, SEATING AREA OR OTHER TICKET CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA CHARGES OF 20% FROM THE AMOUNT PAID. THE AMOUNT DUE HAS TO BE PAID THROUGH AN INVOICE. ONCE PAID THE CHANGE CAN BE PROCESSED.

1. Please double check the event date, show time and other details before proceeding with payment. Once the ticket is purchased, any changes requested will be subject to the following Terms & Conditions at our discretion.
2. Tickets purchased are Non-Refundable under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement. Seating downgrades are also not allowed.
3. If you require a date or time change on your already purchased ticket, you must submit a change request at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the start of the event you initially booked. We are not able to accommodate last minute changes.
4. Change requests are not applicable to purchases made through our 3rd Party Ticketing Partners who have their respective Terms & Conditions.
5. Please be aware for change requests that a surcharge of 20% will be applied on the total price paid for and the new ticket will be charged at full price (no existing promotions/discounts will be carried forward). For such price differences as a result including any upgrade requests, additional fees will be charged accordingly.All fees and charges must be paid in advance before we are able to proceed with any changes requested. An invoice and payment link will be sent via email to the customer with the payable fees & charges.

   All changes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any change requests.

6. Tickets are for free-seating arrangement (no numbered seats) according to the section purchased (Ringside row 1. Row2, row3, Grandstand or Sideview) and guests are seated on a first come first served basis.
7. Please ensure your ticket is visible to be scanned.
8. If you are attending the event as a group, please make sure that all attendees are present together at the entrance.
9. Outside food/drinks are not allowed.
10. ALL purchases inside are CASH & CARD.​
11. If we are sold out online, please contact our Ticket Office 07766552211to check for on-site availability.
12. Ages for the tickets are:
    – Children: 3–16 years old
    – Adult: 16– +60years old
13. All children (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
14. Children under 2 years old (by birth year) are eligible for Free Entry. No seating is provided and will need to be seated on an accompanying adult’s lap. Prams and buggies are not permitted in the seating areas and will need to be parked at the entrance.
15. Senior Citizens (61 years old onwards) are eligible for Children ticket prices. This can be booked at the specific venue Ticket Office only.
16. Disabled persons are eligible for One Free Carer Entry. This can be booked at the specific venue Ticket Office only.
17. We are a live entertainment show. Day to day circumstances may affect the arrangements of the show and individual performances available. We reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice or obligation to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.

By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Big Kid Entertainment Ltd has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.

For purchases made through our approved 3rd Party Ticketing Partners, please also refer to their respective Terms & Conditions as it may vary or contain additional information.

On booking a ticket through our internet site, you will receive an e-mail ticket.

Please present this e ticket either digital or printed at the Circus entrance.Please be aware that if the ticket cannot be presented at the time of arrival refusal of entrance might occur.

If you do not receive your e-mail ticket within a few minutes of paying, please check your Spam or Bulk folder in case it was delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the e-mail and click ‘This is Not Spam’.

Wheelchair Users/Registered Disabled People – please note that the seating area available is Grandstand and Sideview, no ringside is available for wheelchair access. One carer will be permitted in free per Registered Disabled Person.

Ticket office is open onsite 10 am to 8 pm daily.

The Big Top opens 30 minutes before the Show starts.

Internet ticket sale stops two hours before the Show starts.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any Show.

Due to the hazardous nature of the presentations, we reserve the right to alter the advertised programme without prior notice.

If weather conditions are poor, we reserve the right to omit acts, and cancel Shows on the grounds of safety.

If Shows are cancelled by the Management for this reason, we will offer alternate bookings or in this circumstance only, a refund.

We ask for a contact telephone number in order to be able to advise you of any cancellations.

Shows last for approx. one hour forty-five minutes.

Prams and buggies are to be parked where indicated by staff, at owner’s risk. They cannot be taken into seating areas.

Children under two years are admitted free, but have to sit on an adults lap.

Parents and guardians are responsible for children in their care at all times, and children should remain seated during performances and be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.

Non-flash photography and video is allowed.

Our staff are not allowed to give you their telephone numbers or e-mail addresses, the Show can be contacted via our website or Facebook.
